Shipping policy

Shipping times listed below do not include processing time. Orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days after they have been placed. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high order volume times, the processing time may exceed the normal 1-2 business days. Any issues/delays with the postal service once the order has shipped are out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $2.50 flat rate shipping to all 50 states in the US, with free shipping on orders equal to or greater than $60 in value.

For bulk orders of 10 items or more please use the Contact Us page to reach out before ordering, as special packaging may be required.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bwdufferco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
